Elizabeth Eyre ¹

  Noted events in her life were:

• Builder: of the Dennis Mausoleum, 1863, Clonbern Graveyard, Galway, Ireland. ¹ The Dennis Mausoleum was built to house the remains of Maurice Griffin Dennis. It was also used to house the remains of his older broth John. A trestle space was reserved for Elizabeth Dennis (née Eyre) however this was never used.

Elizabeth married Colonel Maurice Griffin Dennis, son of William Dennis and Maria Teresa Griffin. (Colonel Maurice Griffin Dennis was born in 1805,¹ died on 8 Dec 1863 in Dalkey, Dublin, Leinster, Ireland ¹ and was buried in Clonbern Graveyard, Galway, Ireland ¹.)
