General Notes:
Annie Elizabeth Norval married Ernest James Murray. They met during the Anglo Boer War when he was a volunteer with the British and had worked as a telegraphist. They were convinced by Rhodes to settle in Rhodesia and trekked there in 1910. Later Susan Helena Norval went up to Rhodesia to visit them for several months and her book refers to this.

Ernest married Annie Elizabeth Norval, daughter of James Norval and Susan Helena Alexander. (Annie Elizabeth Norval was born in 1880 2 5 and died on 2 Jul 1964.)
